Usability testing examines and reviews your site in order to make it more user-friendly. It’s been proven to double ROI!

I’ve performed many usability tests for both small and large companies, and offer it as a separate service on UsabilityTesting.tv.

When I create your site, I will take usability into account at all times. However, because I will be creating the site myself and you’ll need an objective examiner, I will be outsourcing this service to UserTesting.com.

I will ask three testers to perform the tasks that you’ve identified in advance on your spec document, as well as any other tasks you think are important for the success of your site.

To benefit from usability testing, you’ll need to identify the most important tasks you want completed on your site. Order the tests and watch the explanatory videos that you’ll receive once the tests have been completed. Identify and fix any problems until your site is working at its most efficient.

Usability testing is an eye-opening experience that every website needs to go through in order to improve — and every site can improve. The sooner you are aware of your site’s weaknesses — and fix them — the more your visitors will stay on your site and take the actions you want them to take.
