About Me
My name is Merav Knafo and I’ve been developing Web applications, Web software and websites for over ten years now. In that time, I’ve clocked up over 42,000 hours of hands-on Internet development — and I’ve loved every minute of it. There are few feelings better than building a website from scratch and ending up with an online presence that looks great and is easy to use, manage and maintain.
My goal is always to provide a site that has the latest technology, that is scalable and that makes a professional impression. I want you and your business to be successful, and I want you to enjoy your experience of building your site.
I specialize in small businesses because after working with and talking to entrepreneurs, I realized that many of them make some very serious mistakes when creating their websites. The result is usually a site that’s difficult for users to navigate -- affecting their bottom line -- and hard to grow as their business develops.
And turning to a professional designer doesn’t always solve the problem. I hear horror stories every day from people who were ripped off by designers who charged them thousands of dollars leaving them with a sub-standard site based on outdated technology, bad design and bad practices. Or worse, they didn’t deliver at all.
When you work with me, you can be sure that not only you will get a great website fast, you will also get the training to be able to use it yourself. Once the work is done, you won’t have to pay me – or anyone else – every time you want to change a page or add some new content.
This is how I work:

Yes, that’s a bit of a luxury but when demand is high enough for me to be choosy, I choose people who are easy to work with. If people call you “mellow” and “easy going,” you’re my ideal client.
- I work fast.
I can deliver a site that works flawlessly within 1-10 days.
- I Sprint.
I’ll dedicate 1-10 days to your project. During this time, I’m only working for you! It’s a good idea then to hire a website coach so that you know exactly what you want your site to do before you hire me.
After those 1-10 days, it’s over to you. But I will still be happy to answer a reasonable amount of questions after I’ve finished your site, and you can always hire me for another sprint or on an hourly basis.
